Privacy

Introduction
This site is kept deliberately narrow, and the same goes for the data that arises while running it. There is no contact form, no cookies and no embedded third-party services. What follows covers essentially what any web server logs anyway, and what happens as soon as someone writes an email. This privacy notice is also provided in German; in case of doubt, the German version prevails.
1. Controller
The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
Svetlana Baumann, Robert-Koch-Str. 21c, 65520 Bad Camberg, Germany. Email: info@svetart.de.
2. Server log files
When this website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically collects information transmitted by the accessing device's browser. This includes: the IP address of the requesting device, date and time of the request, the file requested, the referrer (the previously visited page), and browser type and version along with the operating system (user agent).
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the secure, trouble-free operation of the website, in particular detecting and defending against attacks. The log files are not combined with other data sources and are deleted after the retention period customary with the hosting provider expires.
3. Hosting and data processing on our behalf
This website is operated with a hosting provider whose servers are located in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider, obliging it to process personal data solely on our instructions and only for the purposes named in this notice.
The name of the hosting provider will be added here once the choice of provider is finalized.
4. Contact by email
Anyone who contacts us by email at info@svetart.de has the details from their message stored for the purpose of handling the enquiry. Depending on the content of the enquiry, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps toward a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
The data is deleted once the enquiry has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way.
5. No cookies, no tracking, no third-party providers
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tool, and embeds no content, scripts or fonts from third-party servers. Fonts are served locally rather than loaded from an external font service. No data is transmitted to third parties beyond the communication with the hosting provider that is technically necessary to load the page.
6. Your rights as a data subject
Under the GDPR, every data subject has the following rights: access to the data processed (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
An informal message to info@svetart.de is enough to exercise these rights.
7. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Regardless of any other legal remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement (Art. 77 GDPR).
8. Encryption
This website is delivered entirely over an encrypted connection (TLS), recognizable by the lock symbol in the browser's address bar and by the address beginning with https://.
